Do I need to visit the UAE?

No — company formation, licensing, and digital banking routes are fully remote. You only visit if you want a residence visa: one short trip for medical tests and biometrics, which we schedule into 3–5 days.

Do I need a visa or Emirates ID to own a UAE company?

No. Company ownership and residency are separate. You can own, operate, and profit from a UAE company without ever holding a visa. A visa becomes relevant when you want to live here, hire locally, or establish UAE tax residency.

Can I open a business bank account without living in the UAE?

Yes. Non-residents with a UAE-licensed company can open corporate accounts — banks apply enhanced checks, and we prepare your file to pass them. We also set up Wise/Payoneer alongside so you can receive client payments from week one. What we never do is guarantee approval timelines — the decision is always the bank's.

Is the 0% really legal?

Yes — and it is conditional, which is exactly why our service exists. 0% VAT on exports and 0% personal income tax apply broadly. The 0% corporate rate applies within defined limits: profit thresholds, small business relief, qualifying free zone income. We structure you inside the conditions and keep you there. Anyone promising “0% guaranteed, no conditions” is describing the rules as they were before 2023.

Do I still have to register with the tax authority if I pay zero?

Yes. Every UAE company must register for corporate tax — 0% is a rate, not an exemption from the system. Skipping registration triggers fines. Our packages include registration and annual filings. Fully declared, zero paid.

What if I sell services and products?

Different activities, potentially different tax treatments — services and goods each need the correct activity on your license, and at scale they sometimes belong in separate entities so one line's tax position never contaminates the other. This is precisely what the structure assessment maps.

What happens if I operate outside my licensed activities?

Fines start small (AED 2,000–5,000) and escalate; regulated activities carry far heavier penalties; and mismatched invoices are a classic trigger for bank compliance reviews. The fix costs a fraction of the fine: we map your revenue streams to activity codes before you invoice, and re-check at every renewal.

Can you receive my clients' payments through your company?

No — and be wary of anyone who says yes. Receiving and forwarding third-party funds is regulated payment intermediation in the UAE. What we can do: open your own company so the money is yours from the first invoice, or — for marketing and development professionals — engage you as a subcontractor in our agency network on real projects.

I want to buy property in Dubai. Can you help?

We structure the holding company — including offshore vehicles that can hold Dubai freehold property — and coordinate with licensed real estate brokers for the purchase itself. Brokerage is a regulated activity; we work with licensed partners rather than pretending to be one.

How fast is this, really?

License: days. Banking: typically 2–6 weeks depending on bank and profile, with Wise/Payoneer bridging the gap. Residency, if wanted: about 2–3 weeks around your visit.
